The Andrea da Ponte Invecchiata 10 years is a blend of the best Prosecco grappa of the house, made exclusively from grape marc from the renowned Prosecco regions of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.
Using the traditional da Ponte method, which involves discontinuous steam distillation, the diverse aromas of the Prosecco grapes are preserved.
This process results in the unique Andrea da Ponte Prosecco grappa, which is then aged in oak barrels.
Distillates that are around ten years old are selected for the Grappa di Prosecco Unica and combined into a blend. This grappa is bottled in champagne bottles.
The Unica Gran Riserva Barrique Grappa di Prosecco is considered by connoisseurs to be an outstanding product from Andrea da Ponte.
