AnCnoc (pronounced "a-nock") is a Scotch whiskey brand produced at the Knockdhu Distillery in the Scottish Highlands. The history of Knockdhu Distillery dates back to 1894, when it was founded by John Morrison. Over the years, the distillery has maintained its traditional production methods, including the use of copper pot stills and traditional perennial warehouses for aging.
This AnCnoc Single Malt is made from a combination of Knockdhus peated and unpeated distillate and aged in American oak casks. The whiskey gets its finish in sherry casks from Jerez, which give it its fine notes.
