Founded by the late Mr. Radhakrishna Jagdale in 1948, the group initially started as a small liquor blending and bottling plant. Mr. Jagdale's pioneering spirit and enterprise ensured that the group quickly specialized in nutritional supplements for athletes and animals, as well as water infrastructure services. Sales and assets grew until it established itself as one of the leading industrial companies in Karnataka.

As a tribute to the late chairman of Amrut, Neelakanta Rao Jagdale, this bottling was created.

Fusion XI is aged in port and ex-bourbon casks, giving the whisky an unprecedented dimension.
