The recipe was developed with the support of renowned oenologist Riccardo Cotarella and combines select Italian ingredients such as citrus fruits, ginger, and honeysuckle into a harmonious bittersweet taste experience. With an alcohol content of 15% ABV in a 0.7-liter bottle, Amante 1530 is an elegant aperitivo for pure enjoyment and premium cocktail creations.

Amante 1530 Aperitivo Amaro is produced and bottled in Rome, where traditional expertise in spirits meets modern culture of indulgence. Unlike many classic amaros, it stands out for its exceptional balance—neither too sweet nor too bitter. Its warm, sunset-orange color evokes the Italian “golden hour” and underscores its Mediterranean character. Through a collaboration with Micaela Pallini and one of Rome’s most historic distilleries, a versatile premium amaro from Italy was created, bringing the art of Italian spirits production into the present day.
