The AI GALLI Prosecco Extra Dry Millesimato DOC 2024 is a high-quality, single-vineyard sparkling wine from the heart of Veneto, impressing with elegance, freshness, and clear origins. Made from 100% Glera grapes cultivated in the estate's own vineyards in Pramaggiore, this Prosecco represents the pinnacle of the AI GALLI range. The vines thrive on medium-density, clayey soils, which impart a delicate minerality and aromatic depth to the grapes.

The grapes for the Millesimato 2024 come exclusively from a single vintage and are selectively harvested by hand. Vinification is gentle, with soft pressing and subsequent fermentation at 18–20°C on selected yeasts for approximately 10 days. The second fermentation then takes place in pressure tanks using the Charmat method, where the base wine is refined into a fine Prosecco at 14–16°C for around 20 days. Once the desired pressure is reached, the wine is cooled to –4°C to halt the fermentation process and then aged on the fine lees for around a month. This elaborate method guarantees freshness, balance, and aromatic precision.

With an alcohol content of 11% vol., this Millesimato is a somewhat more powerful representative of its type, yet retains its playful lightness and elegance. The 2024 vintage impresses with clarity, varietal character, and fine perlage – a Prosecco for discerning connoisseurs.
