The grapes come from the winery's own vineyards in Pramaggiore, where they grow on medium-density clay soils – ideal conditions for Pinot Noir with elegance, structure, and finesse.

Vinification follows the classic red wine fermentation method on the skins: fermentation in stainless steel tanks lasts 8 to 10 days at a controlled temperature of 24–26°C, using carefully selected yeasts. After pressing, the wine continues to age in steel tanks to preserve its aromatic clarity and freshness. The style remains deliberately purist, with no aging in wooden barrels – thus revealing the Pinot Nero in its pure, fruit-forward form.
