The AI GALLI Pinot Grigio DOC 2024 is a single-varietal white wine made from 100% Pinot Grigio, expressing its origins in the renowned Pramaggiore region in eastern Veneto with typical finesse and freshness. The grapes come from AI GALLI's own vineyards, which thrive on medium-density, clayey soils – a soil structure ideal for elegant, structured white wines with clear fruit and mineral freshness.

Vinification follows the classic white winemaking method. The grapes are gently pressed, with the must immediately separated from the skins to avoid an undesirable amber coloration – typical of the Pinot Grigio grape. Temperature-controlled fermentation at 18–20°C lasts approximately ten days and takes place on carefully selected yeasts. The wine then matures for several months on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks before bottling. A two-month bottle aging provides additional roundness.

With an alcohol content of 12% vol., this DOC wine from the Veneto region of northern Italy is a balanced, aromatic, and versatile white wine that impresses with its clarity and ease of drinking.
