AI GALLI Chardonnay Frizzante is a finely sparkling sparkling wine (frizzante) from Veneto that charmingly interprets the elegant freshness of Chardonnay. Unlike a spumante, this frizzante has a moderate carbon dioxide pressure, making it particularly soft, approachable, and pleasant on the palate. Made from 100% Chardonnay, it impresses with its varietal character, vibrancy, and delicate fruitiness. The grapes are gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 18–20°C for 10 to 12 days. A second fermentation then takes place in an autoclave using the Charmat method, preserving the freshness of the fruit and deliberately developing the delicate effervescence.

With an alcohol content of 11%, this frizzante is light, easy to drink, and ideal for casual enjoyment. The recommended serving temperature is 8–10°C, which allows the delicate fruit aromas to develop optimally. It can be aged for 1 to 2 years, with the wine particularly impressive in its youth due to its freshness and clarity.
