Its name "Guachi Monton" refers to a historical site in Mexico that stands as a symbol of cultural identity and origin - a tribute to the roots of the tequila tradition. The 1800 Guachi Monton Anejo matures for several years in oak barrels previously used for bourbon, allowing its aromatic profile to develop intensively.
