The first fillings of the Irish Waterford Distillery were completely sold out within a very short time.

Following this success, the distillery launched the Single Farm Origin Whiskies, which are particularly convincing due to their origin.

The distillery was founded by Mark Reynier in 2014. The focus is on barley and the cooperation with regional farmers and businesses.

Waterford's Arcadian Series includes an unconventional selection of organic, biodynamic and traditional distillates.

Organic: GAIA 1.1. is the first Irish organic whisky to be certified by Organic Trust and has met the strict production rules.

This first whisky is distilled from Irish organic barley grown by Paddy Tobin, Alan Jackson, Pat and Denis Booth, Jason Stanley, Trevor Harris and John Mallick.

The full maturation consists of 42% American First Fill, 17% Virgin Oak, 18% Vin Doux Naturel (sweet liqueur wines) and 23% French oak casks.

The bottling is done at 50% vol., without colouring, cooling filtration and additives.
