The Quevedo family created this Ron Tradicional on their "La Isla Bonita" in the small but important Aldea distillery. Using the best sugar cane batches from La Palma, they produce the pure "guarapo", also known as sugar cane juice, and distil it in an old copper pot still over a wood fire.

The Tres Hombres Republica Dominicana is matured using the solera method, whereby the rum is refined by maturing in sherry, Moscatel and red wine barrels. As the oldest rum in this bottling is 18 years old, it exhibits remarkable maturity and complexity. Tres Hombres is also the only rum brand that transports its rum barrels on sailing ships, which gives the rum a special touch.

This bottling is limited to 4,184 bottles, which underlines its exclusivity. The combination of traditional production methods, long maturation periods and unique transportation routes make this rum a special treat for connoisseurs and collectors.
