The Miguel Torres winery is located in Vilafranca del Penedes in Spain. Since its foundation, the company has grown from year to year and today the winery covers more than 1,300 hectares of vineyards. The special wines are sold in more than 150 countries and have gained a high reputation worldwide.

The winery is breaking new ground with this alcohol-free wine made from Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. There is only one major difference in the production process: after vinification in stainless steel tanks, the alcohol is removed from the wine using a special process. In a dual process, the alcohol is removed using circular conical columns, whereby the full flavor of the grape varieties is retained. This innovative method makes it possible to enjoy a high-quality alcohol-free wine that retains the typical character of Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Once the non-alcoholic wine has matured, it is bottled and sealed with a screw cap.
