The Miguel Torres winery is located in Vilafranca del Penedes, Spain. Since its foundation, the company has been growing year by year. Today, the winery covers more than 1,300 hectares of vineyards. The special wines are sold in more than 150 countries and have gained a great reputation worldwide.
The crushed grapes are cold-crushed for 24 hours to extract as much color and aroma from the berry skins as possible. This is followed by 15 days of temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at around 16-17 °C. After that, the wine rests in the tank for a while until it is finally bottled.
