The Styrian Dry Overproof Gin is bottled in Navy Stregth starch. After distillation, it is reduced with Styrian spring water to the drinking strength of 57 % by volume.
Since the gin is not filtered, it becomes cloudy when mixed. The essential oils of juniper berries and citrus fruits are responsible for this.
