Bill McCoy was a pioneer rum merchant of the Prohibition era who became known for selling the finest quality unadulterated spirits known as The Real McCoy.
The Real McCoy is produced in small batches, using only the finest molasses and pure spring water. The rum is distilled in a rare combination of column and pot stills and then authentically aged in heavy American oak ex-bourbon barrels.
The 12-year-old Real McCoy is aged for 12 years in American bourbon barrels and impresses with an exceptionally smooth and balanced profile.
