The whisky matures in a combination of first fill sherry-matured American oak casks and refill sherry casks. This exclusive collection honors The Macallan's 200th anniversary and emphasizes the role of oak as a central element in whisky production.

The collection emphasizes the importance of oak in whisky production, with up to 80% of the taste and 100% of the natural color being influenced by the casks. Sustainability and closeness to nature are central themes of this collaboration.
