The Teeling Whiskey Sommelier Selection DOURO OLD VINES Casks belongs to the Sommelier Selection Small Batch series of Teeling. This series is responsible for the unique character of different wine regions. For the production, barrels of high-quality wineries are used.
This bottling is made from wines from the Douro Valley in Portugal. Maturation takes place in bourbon casks and then the whiskey receives its finish for 14 months in former Portuguese red wine casks from the Douro Valley.
The bottling is done without chill filtration.
