The Irish whisky distillery Teeling Distillery was opened in Dublin in 1782. In 2015, the distillery was renovated and opened its doors just a few meters from the original site.
The distillery has become a real tourist magnet in recent years, which is probably due to the fact that visitors can gain an excellent insight into the production process.
This whisky is the first bottling in Teeling's Rising Reserve Collection.
The whisky is made from hand-picked casks selected from the reserves of the very best and oldest single malts.
The Rising Reserve No. 2 matures for 21 years in ex-bourbon casks and receives its finish in high-quality ex-Carcavelos White Port casks.
It is bottled without chill filtration.
This is a limited edition of 6,000 bottles.
