The apples used to make Strongbow are grown specifically for the production of sparkling and refreshing cider.
But the true mastery of Strongbow lies in its ability to bring out the natural taste of these apples and make your favorite Strongbow something special.
The apples are harvested at the ideal stage of ripeness and taken to the production plant where they are washed and chopped.
This fruit pulp is pressed and the pure fruit juice is obtained, which is then concentrated and stored, with the fruit sugar of the apples acting as a preservative.
The concentrated apple juice is then subjected to a fermentation and ripening process to allow the fine aromas to develop.
