The cider farm Sommerbauer is located in the middle of the Styrian apple road in Klettendorf of the municipality of Puch near Weiz. The farm has been managed for 2 years by Konrad Werner Sommerbauer.
This noble apple sparkling wine is made from the apple varieties Jonagold as well as Bonita. It convinces especially with its natural carbonic acid, which it obtains due to the traditional bottle fermentation, and its fine scent of ripe tangerines as well as fresh apples.
