Sir Edmond Gin is a gin made from carefully selected botanicals from different parts of the world. The main ingredients include juniper berries, which give the gin its traditional flavor. In addition, cinnamon, ginger, orange, cardamom and angelica root are added to create a multi-layered flavor palette. A special feature of this gin is the addition of bourbon vanilla, which gives it a sweet and creamy nuance.
The naming of Sir Edmond Gin is a tribute to Edmond Albis, who at the age of 12 discovered the hand-pollination of vanilla orchids, a technique that is still used today.
