This Prosecco is made exclusively from the Glera grape, with particular attention paid to the ripeness of the grapes. Some of the Scavi & Ray Proseccos are still produced by hand using traditional methods, especially this bottling.
Each bottle of this Prosecco is given a lead seal as a seal of quality, which is applied to the closure by hand. This sparkling wine also bears the prestigious DOC Prosecco seal, which is only reserved for products produced in the prescribed region.
