In 1989, the Sant Antonio winery was founded by four brothers near Verona, Italy.
The mild climate contributes to the cultivation of numerous grape varieties such as Corvinone, Corvina, Rondinella, Garganega, Trebbiano di Soave but also Chardonnay, Amarone, Valpolicella and Soave grapes.
This wine is made from fully ripe Garganega as well as Chardonnay grapes, which grow on 10 to 15 year old vines.
The grapes are harvested by hand when fully ripe. After a cold maceration for 10-12 hours and a soft pressing, the grapes ferment at a low temperature of 14-15°C. This is followed by aging in stainless steel tanks.
