At the heart of this legacy is Ron Aldea Maestro, a masterpiece made from the finest sugar cane that the fertile soils of the Canary Islands have to offer. Unique in its production process, Ron Aldea Maestro is distinguished by the use of freshly pressed sugar cane juice instead of traditional molasses, giving it a distinctive aroma and pure taste.

After careful fermentation, this exceptional rum undergoes ten years of patient ageing in selected ex-bourbon barrels made from American white oak. This phase of ageing gives the rum its characteristic depth, rich aromas and velvety smoothness.

The Ron Aldea Maestro is offered as a limited edition, with each of the 9,623 bottles being a testament to the Quevedo family's dedication and passion for creating rum of exceptional quality.
