Their Ron Aldea FAMILIA Gran Edicion Limitada is made from selected sugar cane from the Canary Islands. Instead of molasses, freshly pressed sugar cane juice is used for fermentation. The rum matures for at least 15 years in French Allier oak barrels since its distillation in 2001.
