The deep cellars, dating back to the 19th century, are 25 metres below the surface, where all Richard Bavion bottles age at a constant temperature of 9-10°C.
This is a blend of 65% from the 2016 harvest and 35% from reserve wines from the 2014 and 2015 harvests, aged for 3 years.
The Luminous bottle labels illuminate the champagne. The luminescence of the bottle label is activated by pressing a button at the bottom of the bottle and glows in mystical green colours. These are supposed to stand for the green vineyards of the champagne.
