The Rhum J.M distillery is one of the few distilleries that distill Rhum Agricole. The distillery is located in the evergreen Macouba on Martinique and follows the strict regulations of the "Appelation D'Origine Controlee".
Particular emphasis is placed on the very freshly pressed juice of the self-grown sugar cane from the foot of the Montagne Pelee volcano.
The Rhum J.M Vieux Agricole Millesime matures for 10 years in bourbon barrels.
The rums are neither colored, sweetened nor chill-filtered.
