Viticulture has been practiced at the Platzer farm for generations. From harvest to bottling, it is important to them to work very carefully to bring the taste of the grape into the wine glass.
The Blauer Zweigelt Klassik is a red wine made from 100% Zweigelt grapes. The vines from which these grapes originate grow on medium-heavy, lime-free cultivated soils consisting of igneous weathered rock. After vinification, this red wine matures for 5 months in barrels and can be stored until at least 2028.
