Casa Paladin is a well-known Italian winery in the Veneto region, more precisely in the DOCG area of Valpolicella. The winery has a rich history dating back to the 1960s when Carlo Paladin founded it.

The winemaking philosophy at Casa Paladin is to combine tradition with modern techniques to produce wines that express the unique terroir of the region. The winery uses a combination of traditional methods and state-of-the-art equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of its wines.

This wine is a harmonious blend of Syrah wines with varying degrees of ripeness. One part is harvested in the normal course of the harvest, the second part is harvested when the grapes have reached the right degree of dryness.
