Prosecco Extra-Dry Millesimato Paladin comes from vineyards located in the hilly and extremely historic production area between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.
Prosecco has been grown here for at least two centuries - but some historians trace its origins back to Roman times.
Fermentation takes place at a temperature of 16°C and creates fine bubbles, very pleasant and smooth.
Through this cellar technique, very delicate aromas and fascinating flavors are obtained.
It is thanks to these characteristics that this wine is so successful and also famous.
