Ocean's Distillery, founded in 2014, is the first 100% Iberian rum distillery and draws on Spain's historic sugar cane traditions. It is located in Moixent, Valencia, around sixty kilometers from the coast. Under the management of Santiago Bronchales, Ocean's combines traditional distillation methods with modern technology. Maturation takes place in a cellar at 15-16 °C, first in white oak barrels and then in various wooden barrels.
Ocean's rums aim to honor the historical connection between rum and maritime discoveries. Each product, including the outstanding "Deep & Singular" blended rum, which is matured for seven years in white oak barrels, stands for quality and character.
