Nc'nean Organic Whisky is made from organically grown Scottish barley, with the natural yields of the barley contributing to the depth of flavor in this whisky. An impressive whisky with a minimal environmental footprint; each bottle is certified organic and produced at the distillery using 100% renewable energy. It is also bottled in 100% recyclable bottles.

This whisky is matured in a unique combination of cask types that contribute significantly to the flavor profile. In total, the whisky spends 55% of its maturation time in STR red wine casks, 43% in former American whiskey casks and 2% in Oloroso sherry casks. In addition, the Nc'nean Organic Whisky does not undergo any chill filtration and no colorants are added.
