Pinot Noir (40 to 50%), Pinot Meunier (30 to 40%) and Chardonnay (10 to 20%) make up the assemblage of Moet & Chandon Ice Imperial.
Moet & Chandon's chief cellar master Benoit Gouez, who personally composed this ice champagne, describes the product innovation as follows: "For the first time, a champagne has been produced that is specifically intended to be enjoyed on ice.
