The Chateau Minuty winery is located in Saint Tropez, France. The family business was founded in the 18th century and has been run by the Matton brothers since 1995. The estate covers 95 hectares of vineyards and is known for its characterful wines.
Minuty Prestige is an assemblage of the grape varieties Cinsault, Syrah as well as Tibouren. After harvesting, the grapes harvested at perfect ripeness are taken to the winery for destemming and carefully pressed. Fermentation takes place at low temperature in steel tanks.
