In 1936, Gabriel Farnet acquired the Chateau Minuty estate, which already owned the Domaine de Chateauneuf in Vidauban. In 2012, extensive renovations were carried out to improve the reception. In 2022, Anne-Victoire Matton, together with her father Jean-Etienne and her uncle Francois, took over the management of the estate as the fourth generation of the Matton family.

Chateau Minuty extends over 65 hectares in a single block on slate-limestone soils and includes an additional 120 hectares on clay-limestone soils in Vidauban and 15 hectares on the slopes of the Val de Rian in Ramatuelle overlooking the bay of Pampelonne.

Minuty M Cotes de Provence Rose is an elegant rose wine made from 60% Grenache, 35% Cinsault and 5% Syrah. Traditionally produced and sealed with a natural cork, this wine reflects the authentic style of Provence. Minuty M embodies the essence of the region and showcases the diversity of the appellation's terroirs - from the sun-drenched coast to the hinterland, including the famous Sainte-Victoire.

The iconic bottle shape, designed by Monique Farnet in the 1960s and modernized in 2014, is a symbol of the innovative strength of the Matton-Farnet family and has established itself as a regional standard. By combining traditional production methods with modern technology, the rose impresses with its freshness, structure and harmonious aroma profile, which appeals to both connoisseurs and casual drinkers.
