Distillery Rudolf Jelinek dates back to the 16th century. Since 1894 it has been officially run as a company in the municipality of Vizovice. Jelinek is the most famous distillery for fruit brandies. Both kosher slivovitz and fruit brandies from raspberries, the fruit of the aspen or rowan berries are produced.
Absinthe Naturelle has a bittersweet aroma and taste. At the bottom of the bottle are decorative seeds of coriander, which have already been used in the maceration for several months.
