The Antinori family has achieved a great deal with its vineyards, wine cellar and production. Tradition and modernity play together perfectly.
The fully ripe Syrah grapes are grown on the hills of Tuscany in the DOC area of Cortona. The grapes are harvested by hand and then softly pressed and macerated at 7 °C for 3-4 days. Maturation takes place in new French barriques for 16 months.
