The winery is located in the middle of the Strassertal valley between the magnificent Wechselberg and Gaisberg vineyards. The optimal location of the vineyards allows for a diverse selection of grape varieties. The best sites in this area are Gaisberg, Wechselberg and Hasel. The Maglock-Nagel family owns a total of 13 hectares of vineyards planted with the Gruener Veltliner, Riesling, Fruehroter Veltliner, Pinot Blanc, Zweigelt and St. Laurent grape varieties. This Fruehroter Veltliner is also known as Malvsier.
The fully ripe grapes for the white wine are harvested by hand and fermented in steel tanks.
