This gin was stored in a barrique which was previously used for the ageing of white wine.
Individual batches of 225 litres are allocated to the individual barrels according to the Bordelais ship dimensions.
During storage, the barrels made from the forests of the Limousin can release tannin and vanilla aromas as well as tertiary aromas of the previously stored wine into the gin.
This means that each drop of gin from the various barrels takes on a characteristic golden colour and its own individual note, bringing a piece of history and reinventing the taste experience.
