La Contesse is a winery run by the Bonotto family since 1970. The winery is located at the foot of the hill Conegliano Valdobbiadene in the province of Treviso. For the production of Prosecco is mainly used the grape variety Glera. A grape variety that is ideal for sparkling wine production.
The basis for the extremely elegant Luna D'or are the grapes of the grape variety Glera. These are harvested by hand and then quickly brought to the winery, selected and crushed. The aging takes place for several months in the bottle.
