Louis Roederer's Collection 243 is a refined composition made from 56% of the 2017 harvest, including 42% Chardonnay, 36% Pinot Noir and 22% Meunier. It is complemented by 10% carefully selected reserve wines and 34% Reserve Perpetuelle.

This champagne is the result of the union of wines aged in oak barrels from the three characteristic grape varieties of Champagne, which come from different crus hand-picked by Louis Roederer.

The careful ageing of this exceptional champagne takes place over a period of three to four years in the Louis Roederer cellars. Once the ageing phase is complete, the champagne is bottled and traditionally sealed with a natural cork.
