This exquisite rum from the Caribbean is aged in first-fill American white oak barrels, which give it its intense aroma. The Caribbean island of Sainte Lucie offers optimal conditions for the production of a rum: high-quality sugar cane as well as perfect climatic conditions.
The distillation, which took place in 2013, was carried out from molasses in the Coffey still process.
