Crimean sparkling wine was named after the Ukrainian peninsula of Crimea and was first produced in 1799 in the Crimean towns of Sudak and Alushta.
A region known for its mild climate.
To this day, Crimean sparkling wine is produced in traditional cellars, which guarantee the high quality of Crimean sparkling wine by using selected grapes and traditional bottle fermentation.
After production, it matures proudly for 3 - 4 years in the cool vaults.
