Weinhof Knoebl is located in Dienersdorf near Kaindorf, in Eastern Styria, surrounded by vineyards and a wine tavern, which offers visitors the opportunity to taste wines and juices on site. The farm is run by Fritz Knoebl, a master winemaker who has completed his Silberberg training. He took over responsibility for wine production at the age of 17 after his parents, the founders of the business, placed their trust in him. In 2012, he officially took over the management of the winery. Today, various Styrian wine varieties are grown on an area of around 5 hectares, supplemented by around 2 hectares of apple and apricot orchards.

Knoebl Blauer Zweigelt is characterized by its pure composition of 100% Blauer Zweigelt grapes. This red wine variety, known as Blauer Zweigelt, Rotburger or Zweigeltrebe, produces wines that are characterized by their grapey note. This wine is characterized by its aroma, which is reminiscent of cherries and plums and gives it a special note. After maturing, the wine is bottled and sealed with a screw cap.
