Founded in 1879 on the banks of the Kentucky River, the distillery produced "The Wise Man's Bourbon" for decades before Prohibition interrupted its history. In 2014, the brand was revived under the name "Kentucky Owl" with Batch #1, adding a new chapter to its history.
The Kentucky Owl St. Patrick's Limited Edition is the result of a collaboration between Irish whiskey bonder Louise McGuane and master blender John Rhea. It combines Irish and American expertise in the selection of rare whiskey casks and the creation of unique flavor profiles.
This limited edition consists of a blend of Kentucky straight bourbons aged between four and eight years, each with their own unique flavor notes, offering a balanced bourbon experience with an Irish influence.
