Kah Tequila Blanco stands for the cultural and traditional significance expressed in its name - derived from the Mayan word for "life" - and its flavor creation. This creation is characterized by a variety of aromatic spices. The tequila is inspired by the Mexican holiday "Dia de los Muertos", which honors the memory of the deceased, and was awarded a gold medal in the category "The Tequila Masters" by "The Spirits Business" in 2017.
The design of the bottle is based on Dia de los Muertos, but the inspiration for Kah is not limited to Mexico. There are various rituals around the world to honor the deceased, and Kah has made it his mission to draw attention to some of these customs with his bottle designs. The design of the Tequila Blanco is specifically inspired by Day of the Dead traditions in Bolivia, where on November 8, skulls of the deceased are brought to the cemetery and given gifts such as tequila and cigarettes, a practice that is said to bring good luck and protect against evil spirits.
