K&K Kirnbauer FOREVER 2019 14% Vol. 0,75l in Holzkiste

The K & K Kirnbauer winery, a traditional family business in Blaufraenkischland, is dedicated to producing exquisite red wines on its 40 hectares of vineyards. Here, where the sun shines 300 days a year, grapes from the best vineyards in Deutschkreutz thrive and are triple-sorted before fermentation. The wines mature in selected barrique barrels, which deepen their characteristic flavor.

With a deep commitment to sustainability, the winery cultivates its vines by hand and without herbicides or insecticides. This environmentally conscious philosophy is continued in the vegan wines, which also underline the winery's sustainable certification.

K & K Kirnbauer Forever is an outstanding red wine, composed of 45% Merlot, 38% Cabernet Sauvignon and 17% Cabernet Franc. This wine impresses with its intense flavor presence on the palate and its strong tannins. The 38-month maturation exclusively in new French barrique barrels gives it additional depth and complexity, while it is characterized by a remarkable longevity.

Vinification is carried out with particular care: after gentle destemming, the grapes are meticulously sorted to remove all green parts as well as unripe, overripe berries and any impurities. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by a maceration period of 21 days and malolactic fermentation directly in barriques. Each grape variety is vinified separately according to its location before the wines are carefully cuveed and brought to perfection after barrique maturation.

The wine is bottled in bottles sealed with natural corks and can be enjoyed from bottling until 2041.

This red wine is only produced in limited quantities and only in the best vintages, making it a special addition to any wine collection.
