The K & K Kirnbauer winery is located in Deutschkreuz and covers 40 hectares. Only its own grapes are used to produce the wines. The Kirnbauer family business attaches great importance to tradition and quality.
The cuvee DAS PHANTOM is made from the grape varieties Blaufraenkisch, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah. The vines of the grapes are rooted in heavy and sandy loam soil. The fully ripe grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation in barriques.
