The Hummingbird Meisterstueck Edition 2 is created from a balanced blend of column-style and pot-still rum from Barbados. These rums are matured for between 5 and 8 years in ex-bourbon barrels before being finished together in Oloroso sherry barrels. Fermentation and distillation follow traditional methods to ensure the highest quality.
