After years of training in Europe and California, Hillinger bought 12 hectares of vineyards, laying the foundations for his successful winery in Jois, which opened in 2004. In 2012, Hillinger was named "Entrepreneur of The Year" by Ernst & Young, underlining his outstanding role in the wine industry.

Hillinger Small Hill Rose is made from a balanced blend of 50% Zweigelt, 25% Pinot Noir and 25% St. Laurent grapes. The wine is matured in steel tanks to preserve its freshness and fruitiness. After maturing, it is bottled and securely sealed with a practical screw cap. With a storage potential of up to 2 years, the Hillinger Small Hill Rose offers optimal drinking maturity.
